You will enable and maintain robust and reliable manufacturing through right first-time technology transfers, process validations, and new product implementation (NPI).

You will demonstrate a strong process ownership by turning technologies into manufacturing capabilities by applied science and technical investigations, ensuring continuous process improvements, through consistent methodology.

You will manage of group of MS&T Assembly & Packaging Scientists
Key responsibilities:
-
Implement plans and programs and support policies and practices related to the end-to-end manufacturing processes of new product introduction (NPI) projects at all stages, from prototyping to final stage.
-
Process ownership enabling for smooth transition of products from R&D into full production readiness, representing MS&T in Tech Transfer projects.
-
Process ownership to ensure suggested design made by engineering optimizes the production process in terms of process efficiency, cycle time, reliability, and serviceability.
-
Process ownership in supporting day-to-day operation ensuring continuous improvements.

Ownership for process material for commercial production
-
Responsible for identifying, and implementing assembly and packaging manufacturing processes for existing biologic and device injectable products

Responsible for process validation (PV), process trending programs, and continuous process verification (CPV) where applicable
-
Supplying technical manufacturing process expertise for appointed areas supporting daily operations, projects, regulatory applications, and audit presentations

CC owner for change control within appointed area

Responsible for assessment and implementation of regulatory requirements according to List of Regulatory Requirements (LoRR)
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field, such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum of 8 years of experience with injectables in a biopharmaceutical/medical device environment.

Previous team management experience
-
Hands on experience with manufacturing processes, control strategies and product interactions in the medical device and/or biopharmaceutical industry.

Fluent in English and Swedish
