The Mobile Medical Equipment Manager (Medical Device Sanitation Manager) oversees the team’s operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with our customers, works to develop their team, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives and TRIMEDX. This position leads MME staff and initiatives in providing superior customer service, operational efficiency, and financial success. This position also ensures that TRIMEDX services are compliant with regulatory standards. The Manager is responsible for maintaining a collaborative team environment that motivates and encourages associates to excel and add value to the organization. This associate must demonstrate company values, by exceeding expectations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years leading individuals in a team environment. 
  • At least 3 years of customer excellence experience.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding or experience with hospital medical equipment preferred.
  • Efficient computer skills and the willingness to learn new computer applications to complete required job functions

Requirements

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as nights and emergency off-hours as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is a must.
  • Ability to push or pull a cart that may weigh up to 75 pounds is critical.
  • Valid driver's license required; variable travel requirements depending on primary site that may require use of personal vehicle
  • Demonstrates a willingness to be flexible in terms of approach and a willingness and openness to receive and act on coaching and development.
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills
  • This role may perform hands-on services as needed
