- Lead and manage the planning, design coordination, execution, and delivery of building projects within MET City.
- Oversee construction activities for industrial, commercial, institutional, residential, and support buildings as applicable under the project.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, developers, utility agencies, and internal stakeholders for timely project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Review contractor work programs, method statements, material approvals, and construction methodologies.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of workmanship and construction activities.
- Identify project risks, construction challenges, and delays and implement corrective measures.
- Support procurement activities, technical evaluations, contract administration, and project reporting.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
- Prepare progress reports, management updates, and presentations for senior leadership.
