Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)Subscription & Paywall Operations
- Serve as the lead for paywall operations and maintain the Paywall Audit documentation. Coordinate with team members to update paywalls the remaining brand portfolio.
- Manage and support ongoing paywall updates, configurations, and QA validation.
- Support team with ad hoc subscription product and pricing updates, offer page updates, and QA of offer page and navigation updates for brands.
Platform & Systems Management
- Act as the offer page expert, supporting operational workflows, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring smooth execution of subscription initiatives.
- Log and manage tickets for offer page updates and paywall creative requests, ensuring timely communication and execution across stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure subscription experiences align with campaign timelines, business goals, and user experience standards.
Testing, Analytics & Optimization
- Set up, QA, and execute A/B tests related to offer pages, and paywall experiences.
- Analyze and report on A/B testing performance, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Quality Assurance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Conduct end-to-end QA for subscription experiences, including paywalls, offer pages, navigation components, and tracking implementation.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, engineering, and design teams to launch and maintain subscription initiatives.
- Maintain organized documentation, workflows, and operational processes to support scalability, consistency, and best practices.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital subscriptions, membership operations, e-commerce operations, digital marketing operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting digital subscription platforms, paywalls, membership products, or e-commerce experiences.
- Strong understanding of subscription funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and digital membership ecosystems.
- Experience managing QA testing, operational workflows, and project management or ticketing systems such as Asana.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and the ability to analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across product, engineering, marketing, analytics, design, and editorial teams.
- Experience in media, publishing, or subscription-based businesses is preferred.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot operational and quality assurance issues while driving projects to completion.
- This role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

The base salary range for this role is $76,000–$93,000. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
