A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Manager Media Operations and Governance reporting to General Manager Media and External Communications.
A bit about your role
As the Manager, Media Operations & Governance, you will be the connective centre of the Media & External Communications team, bringing clarity, rhythm and alignment to how work is planned, delivered and measured. You will thoughtfully steward the team’s forward plan, ensuring campaigns, issues and proactive storytelling are coordinated through a single, integrated view that supports both pace and purpose. In doing so, you will create a sense of shared direction, helping teams feel connected and empowered to deliver their best work together.
You will nurture the systems and practices that enable seamless collaboration, from maintaining planning frameworks and workflows to guiding the cadence of coordination that keeps priorities visible and balanced. Alongside this, you will steward the team’s media and communications measurement framework, shaping insights that are clear, meaningful and grounded in impact. Your work will bring together data, narrative and context, helping leaders make confident, informed decisions while continually refining how the team shows up and succeeds.
With care for both detail and accessibility, you will also champion the broader Corporate Affairs function’s content and knowledge ecosystem, ensuring information is organised, current and easy to find. By making content more reusable and adaptable, you will support timely, consistent responses and storytelling across channels. At the same time, you will strengthen connections across Corporate Affairs, fostering alignment between teams and creating clarity in how workflows, so that collective effort feels cohesive, supported and purposeful.
