Job Posting:
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of Mechanical Solutions sales specialists to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets
- Develop and manage product strategy
- Supervise sales trends, market dynamics, product performance results and customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Take ownership of solving problems and engage other stakeholders as appropriate - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure coordination and exceptional service levels
- Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies, and guidelines to the management team
- Conduct regular associate meetings
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company
- Strong expertise in mechanical piping systems
- Extensive knowledge of hydronics and water heaters
- Sophisticated mechanical proficiency required with a technical degree or equivalent experience a plus
- Minimum of 5+ years’ sales experience and prior management experience preferred
- Ability to travel/cover the New England market
- Leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with building information modeling tools and trends
- Exceptional sales presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay Range:

$7,650.00 - $16,720.00-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
