Compensation: We hire candidates across our US office locations and at varying levels of experience. Our posted salary ranges reflect differences in both location and experience, with final compensation determined once a candidate’s background and location are confirmed.

What's the role
As a Manager, Measurement Strategy at Brainlabs, you will lead complex data projects that bridge analytics execution and strategic consulting. You'll scope and manage multi-workstream initiatives, design measurement frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that shape client business outcomes. This role requires equal parts technical depth and strategic vision—you'll mentor team members, design end-to-end data solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to clients on their data maturity journey.

What you do
- Scope, plan, and deliver end-to-end analytics and strategy projects, managing timelines, RACI, and cross-functional dependencies
- Own client and project management across multiple accounts simultaneously, acting as the day-to-day point of contact for strategic data questions and keeping all stakeholders aligned
- Lead the strategic design of data solutions, including reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks, gathering requirements, creating briefs and wireframes to ensure outputs are insightful and user-friendly
- Design and implement KPI frameworks and measurement plans that align with client business objectives across the full marketing funnel, with particular depth across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels
- Own ad-hoc analyses that answer ambiguous client questions, delivering clear and actionable business insights
- Translate complex data and analytical outputs into compelling narratives that are understandable and actionable for day-to-day client stakeholders
- Experience managing teams and mentoring junior members is preferred but not required.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge base by sharing expertise, best practices, and new approaches
Who you are
- Has 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, data strategy, business intelligence, or management consulting, including at least 1-2 years in a people management or team lead role
- Has direct experience in digital media measurement across major paid media platforms, whether that's Google, Meta, or comparable DSPs and SSPs; what matters is a solid understanding of how paid media data flows into performance reporting
- Demonstrates deep expertise in SQL, Python or R, and modern analytics tools (Looker, BigQuery, Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with BigQuery-specific SQL and cloud data infrastructure is a strong plus
- Has proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder data projects from conception to delivery, with strong client-facing and project management skills
- Excels at translating ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
- Has experience managing junior team members directly
- Has experience in financial services or fintech clients (preferred but not required)
- Is a confident communicator who can present to clients and lead strategic conversations
- Strong presentation skills and a track record of owning client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through to ongoing strategic reviews;
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, including experience building Claude-linked skills, prompts, or artifacts
