Job Title: Manager - Mastering Services

Job Summary:
The Manager of Mastering Services is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end mastering process, ensuring the highest quality in film projection and sound. This role involves managing a team of professionals, adhering to industry standards, and continuously improving processes to deliver exceptional audio-visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Adherence and Improvement:
- Ensure the team adheres to established mastering processes and protocols.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure the consistent application of industry standards in film projection and sound quality.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mastering technologies and integrate them into the workflow.
- Plan and organize the delivery and operations for weekly releases, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate with other departments to align release schedules and manage resources effectively.
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the mastering department to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Address any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Provide ongoing technical and functional guidance to team members to support their professional development and operational success.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Drive the implementation of best practices throughout all stages of the operational process to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mastering services.
- Any UG & Above
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mastering services or a related area.
- In-depth knowledge of film projection and sound quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
