Summary of Job Duties:
The Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and supports the development, coordination and execution of marketing strategies and projects across UAMS’ clinical, education and research areas. This position serves as a day-to-day liaison between internal stakeholders and the marketing team, coordinating campaigns, creative production, project timelines, project-related budgets and deliverables across multiple channels. The role requires strong project management, communication, organizational and creative coordination skills, as well as the ability to monitor campaign performance and recommend refinements to improve results.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureate degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.

 

Experience:

  • Six years of experience in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Requires demonstrated knowledge of and experience with marketing, campaign coordination and project management.
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs required, including the ability to create presentations in PowerPoint, and familiarity with design tools, such as Canva or similar platforms.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the health care field.
