Marketing Manager – Santa Ana, Costa Rica

In this role, you’ll propose, develop, and implement marketing plans, policies and activities. Research and develop strategic pricing activities and recommend sales channels.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support and lead strategy and execution on mobile app, website and communications for acquisition and retention-focused opportunities across owned channels
  • Develop and execute testing and optimization plans
  • Manage app store testing initiatives to optimize app performance and user experience.
  • Manage app notifications, triggers, and messaging in coordination with Customer Experience Management (CEM) teams.
  • Execute technical and content-related Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies for improved website visibility.
  • Optimize existing landing pages and develop new ones to enhance user engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze and report on website performance, including core vitals and user behavior metrics.
  • Maintain an overview of all tests and programs running on the US website, coordinating with relevant teams for seamless execution.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Create and implement new digital marketing strategies to increase client engagement and retention, extend the client life cycle, verticals, and channels – including A/B tests (test & learn scenarios).

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience and have a proven track record in project management.
  • A master’s degree in marketing, Economics, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • Advanced experience with CRM tools (Salesforce and Braze preferred), power point and Microsoft 365.
  • Efficiency in using excel, gather insights, and analyze data.
  • Experience performing research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review.
  • A background in financial services and payment is preferred, as well as international exposure.
  • Ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment, and experience in budget management
  • Experience coordinating and communicating with cross-functional global team members from Analysts to Executive Management levels.
  • Strong relationship building expertise with internal business stakeholders and external partners.
