Manager, Marketing Technology
Infoblox is seeking an Manager, Marketing Technology to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing and optimizing marketing systems, processes, and workflows to drive operational excellence. You will work across multiple platforms to ensure data flows, campaign execution, lead management, and reporting processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business goals. This role supports key initiatives such as lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, campaign operations, and MarTech governance, ensuring Marketing has the infrastructure and processes needed to scale effectively. At Infoblox, Marketing Operations is viewed as the digital nervous system of the entire Global Marketing team and is the key advisor to the senior marketing leadership team.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and specialists responsible for daily operations within Infoblox’s marketing AI technology stack, including user administration, permission management, troubleshooting, system updates, and dataflow monitoring via routine data health checks.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of lead management technologies, including hands-on build work, troubleshooting issues, and responding to support tickets.
- Manage MarTech implementation projects, ensuring solutions align with business goals, requirements, and success metrics.
- Partner with Marketing Operations leadership to define an AI‑enhanced technology roadmap, identifying opportunities for automation, intelligent decisioning, and scalable growth powered by advanced AI tools.
- Utilize Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and related systems to build lists, generate reports, and support Marketing Ops and broader marketing initiatives.
- Configure and maintain systems integrations using APIs, webhooks, and third‑party applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot integration errors, sync failures, and other MarTech issues, escalating when necessary.
- Provide best-practice guidance to Campaign Operations teams, supporting managers and specialists in the effective use of marketing systems.
- Develop and enforce marketing process and technology best practices, enabling the organization to maximize the value of its tech stack.
- Build and maintain Marketo operational programs that support legal compliance, data quality, marketing excellence, and operational readiness.
- Run A/B tests and experimentation programs to optimize marketing performance and workflow effectiveness.
- Use approved AI tools to enhance campaign operations, lead management, system troubleshooting, and team productivity, applying sound judgment and validating outputs before actioning them
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Technology or Marketing Operations, including exposure to AI‑driven workflows.
- 1–3 years of experience managing specialists and/or analysts.
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Glean, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Strong Marketo expertise, including experience with AI‑powered campaign optimization.
- Marketo certification preferred (bonus for experience with AI-enhanced marketing automation).
- Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC).
- Familiarity with Monday.com for project and workflow management.
- Experience with data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo and 6sense.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable reports.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement through AI innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
