Responsibilities

  • Effective objective set, motivation and control of the team

  • Distribute team workload, task prioritization, and change management

  • Prepare the team development plan and control it

  • Track team performance and report (on an individual level, on project level)

  • Initiate and execute complex research projects which result in a recommendation for action with sizeable benefits for the Company

  • Participate in Company's projects development with full responsibility for a specific part

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing 5+ years

  • Well-developed managerial skills

  • Team management experience 3+ years

  • Understanding of internet marketing, e-commerce principles, UI/UX

  • Well-developed analytical skills

  • Well-developed communication skills
