Summary:
As a Manager in the Integrated GTM PMO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping ADT's market presence and customer engagement strategies. This role is responsible for managing interconnected, large-scale projects within ADT's go-to-market strategy, focusing on resource allocation and prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and strategic alignment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Optimize resource allocation and prioritization across multiple, large-scale projects and programs by tracking headcount, usage, budget and spend with the goal to maximize efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experience.
Foster a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Product, Legal, etc.) to drive alignment and achieve program and project outcomes.
Proactively manage scope, timeline, and budget of large-scale projects that align with identified portfolios to ensure successful delivery of ADT initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, iGTM PMO to monitor and report on the success of designated portfolios.
Implement effective change management strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions and customer needs for ADT.
Measure program and project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate program and project status, risks, and opportunities to ADT leadership, providing actionable insights.
Leverage data analytics to optimize ADT marketing and digital experiences, increasing customer acquisition and retention.
Define standardized processes for capturing requests, evaluating impacts, prioritizing work.
Continuously expand your knowledge and skills by participating in training programs, attending and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in project and program management.
Contribute to the overall growth and development of the department by identifying opportunities for process improvements, cross-training initiatives, and collaborating with team members to support the successful delivery of all programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, articulates project intricacies and requirements with clarity and precision.

Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on agile and lean principles.
