Department Overview
The Marketing Measurement and Optimization team within US Strategic Insights supports Marketing strategy for the US business by driving higher marketing effectiveness and efficiency. We do this by using best-in-class solutions to measure marketing's impact on the business and optimize marketing strategies to encourage strong performance on marketing goals.
Duties
In the Manager, Marketing Measurement and Optimization role, you will contribute to these priorities through the following ways:
* Develop and execute comprehensive learning plans and in-campaign testing strategies for all paid media efforts
* Develop strategic learning plans that outline key experiments, hypotheses, and metrics to measure success
* Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation methodologies within paid media campaigns to optimize performance
* Analyze results from in-campaign tests and learning initiatives to generate actionable insights
* Create data led presentations for teams to share learnings, best practices, and insights from paid media tests
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on campaign optimization and testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels, including search, social, display, video, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and statistical analysis software.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Salary Range
Salary Range: $112,860.00 - $143,900.00 per year
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.
Additional Information:
Benefits eligible: This position offers health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, adoption assistance program, educational assistance program, flexible ways of working, and time off policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and vacation/PTO). Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
Bonus eligible: This position is eligible for a bonus, calculated based on individual and company performance.
Long term Incentive eligible: This position is eligible for stock or other equity grants pursuant to McDonald's long-term incentive plan.
