Reporting to the Director, Finance, you will partner closely with Marketing teams and Brand Management to deliver impactful financial insights and guidance in support of business targets. You will collaborate with the Corporate Controllers Group to maintain strong financial controls and execute timely and efficient period close activities while promoting best practices and continuous process improvement. You will also lead efforts in partnership with Information Technology and Finance Modernization to enhance strategic tools, drive efficiencies through technology solutions, and develop team talent while leading cross‑functional initiatives across the finance organization.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic finance business partner to Marketing, Brand Management, and the Corporate Controllers Group by shaping decisions through clear recommendations, applying sound accounting principles, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities, and driving alignment through clear communication of issues and business results.
- Lead monthly forecasting for the assigned budget group, including communicating key changes to business partners with specific, forward‑looking insights and guidance.
- Oversee month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and identification and resolution of unusual items while maintaining strong financial controls, including profit and loss and balance sheet responsibilities.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and financial models to support business requests and decision‑making.
- Lead the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for the assigned department and related balance sheet accounts.
- Lead the delivery of financial reporting and performance scorecards for the assigned department.
- Proactively identify and deliver efficiencies across systems and processes by leveraging technology solutions while maintaining strong controls.
- Develop enhanced tools and frameworks to advance strategic investment insights and organizational learnings.
- Develop and lead the Marketing Finance team through coaching, talent development, and fostering a culture focused on diverse talent, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in and lead finance‑wide projects and cross‑functional initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional general business and financial experience.
- Experience managing profit and loss responsibilities with strong knowledge of financial systems and general accounting principles.
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple departments to complete projects and resolve organizational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency using artificial intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot, and automation and analytics tools such as Power Business Intelligence and Power Automate.
- Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products or similar enterprise financial systems preferred.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, including the use of analytics, technology, benchmarking, and insights to generate meaningful strategies and solutions.

Compensation
Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
