Job Summary

We’re building the intelligence engine behind modern B2B marketing — and we’re looking for a Manager, Marketing Data & AI Strategy to help architect it. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, marketing execution, data architecture, advanced analytics, and AI. You will define how marketing turns data into predictive insight, automation, and measurable revenue impact. As a principal-level individual contributor, you will shape the long-term data and AI foundation that enables scalable, intelligent growth across the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Architect the Marketing Data Foundation

·       Build and evolve the single source of truth for marketing strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization.

·       Design scalable data models across customer, product, engagement, lifecycle, and revenue domains.

·       Establish governance, taxonomy, and data integrity standards across marketing systems.

·       Ensure marketing data is structured, reliable, and AI-ready.

Elevate Measurement & Attribution

·       Design and implement a modern Marketing Measurement Framework aligned to GTM strategy.

·       Lead the evolution of multi-touch attribution and lifecycle performance tracking.

·       Align marketing performance metrics with revenue outcomes and sales value exchange.

·       Increase credibility of marketing insights with sales and executive stakeholders.

Define the Marketing advanced analytics and AI Roadmap

·       Establish modeling strategy and experimentation frameworks.

·       Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and predictive use cases (segmentation, scoring, lifecycle optimization, expansion and churn signals).

·       Partner cross-functionally to productionize advanced analytics capabilities.

·       Translate complex analytical opportunities into clear business value.

Embed Responsible AI Governance

·       Establish standards for model transparency, validation, and documentation.

·       Define guardrails for ethical AI use and bias mitigation.

·       Ensure privacy, compliance, and governance alignment across data and AI initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

·       10+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, RevOps, Data Strategy, or a related field.

·       Proven track record designing scalable data architecture and analytics frameworks.

·       Strong SQL proficiency and advanced analytics expertise.

·       Experience deploying predictive models or ML-based solutions in production environments.

·       Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and GTM dynamics.

·       Executive presence with strong cross-functional influence and communication skills.

·       Advanced degree (Master's) in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
