Job Description SummaryOverall description: The Manager of Marketing Communications, APR is responsible for managing the development, approval, and execution of marketing communications, advertising materials, and promotional events. This role ensures that all marketing content complies with regulatory standards and guidelines. Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Communications Management: Develop and manage the creation of marketing content, including promotional materials, advertisements, brochures, digital content, and sales collateral. Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with brand strategy.
• Regulatory Routing and Compliance: Oversee the regulatory review and approval process for all marketing communications and promotional materials, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Coordinate with regulatory, legal, and medical affairs teams to streamline the review and approval workflow.
• Advertising and Promotion: Manage the development and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media), ensuring they align with the PDx marketing objectives and comply with regulatory guidelines.

• Vendor and Agency Management: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and event organizers to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials and successful event execution.
• Budget Management: Manage budgets for marketing communications, advertising, and events, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial plans.
Key Capabilities:
· Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, budget and oversee multiple marketing projects and events.
· Ability to create comprehensive event strategy in support of marketing strategy and in line with programs and tactics to drive growth.
· Experience in coordinating with regulatory, legal and compliance teams to navigate the review and approval process for marketing content.
· Experience planning and managing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences and digital events (webinars, speaker programs, etc.)
· Ability to coordinate logistics, vendor relations and on-site support to ensure seamless event execution.
· Meticulous attention to detail and the customer experience .
· Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as CRM, sales enablement and marketing automation platforms.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· 5-7+ years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, or event management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
· Proven track record of managing marketing projects, advertising campaigns, and events.
· Experience with regulatory compliance and the approval process for marketing materials.
· Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $100,800.00-$151,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
