Lead Management & Conversion Operations

  • Own marketing’s lead scoring, routing requirements, and data quality processes in partnership with RevOps
  • Oversee forms, landing page QA, routing, testing, and related conversion operations for nintex.com
  • Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and strengthen processes to reduce manual work and errors

Performance, Optimization & Team Leadership

  • Own performance reporting for email, nurture, and marketing automation programs, using insights to improve engagement and conversion
  • Apply AI and testing in practical ways to improve workflow efficiency, execution quality, and overall program performance
  • Manage and develop one Email Marketing Specialist, providing direction, coaching, and quality control

To be successful, we think you need:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or email marketing, with deep hands-on Marketo expertise
  • Strong experience with email programs, nurture campaigns, lead management, forms, landing pages, and marketing performance reporting
