Regeneron is entering a new chapter in its growth phase with the new opening for a Manager, Market Analytics & Reporting – France to support the sales & operation team according to company/alliance goals and objectives with the aim of accelerating growth and bringing innovative medicines. You will consult and deliver analytics that support strategic and tactical decision making in the areas of sales force and marketing effectiveness.

As Manager, Market Analytics & Reporting, a typical day may include:

  • Contributing to effective business intelligence approaches and analytics solutions, in partnership with Commercial Operations as needed.
  • Leading all aspects of analytics projects to extract, manage, and analysing customer data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Consulting sales & marketing by performing ad-hoc, data-mined analyses to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities.
  • Analysing and provide activity reports from our CRM with the support of our CRM manager.
  • Managing the tools and processes for reporting of sales and marketing analytics, trend analysis, customer data, activity analytics, etc.
  • Supporting administrative tasks to ensure Commercial Operations effectiveness.
  • Generating reports of findings and present these to senior management.

This role might be for you if:

  • You are proficient in business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI...), software, and dashboards as well as Microsoft Office Suite and especially in Excel
  • You are passionate in organising and optimising sales effectiveness and analytics
  • You enjoy sophisticated analysis and apply a business context.
  • You enjoy being part in a fast-growing company

To be considered for this opportunity you must have 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales analytics experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree (university Degree) in Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing or related field. Conversational English & Proficiency in French is required. Veeva CRM experience is a plus.
