This is a newly created, dedicated leadership role supporting a broad portfolio of critical programs — including **LTAMDS, Black Twig, Plover, SEWIP, Twig, and Derby**. You'll take direct ownership of a motivated team of engineers and play a key role in Mercury's tiered accountability structure on the production floor.

- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Design Engineering to ensure test readiness and production throughput across various programs.
- Build a strong, engaged, high-performing team culture through consistent, present, hands-on leadership.

- Demonstrated experience with test procedure development, failure analysis/debug, and RCCA methodology.
- Familiarity with secure systems, VPX/Open VPX architectures, and complex electronic assemblies a strong plus.
- A leader who takes charge comfortable driving accountability, making floor-level decisions, and being present where the work happens.
