Dandy is hiring a of to join our rapidly growing venture-backed dental lab. A successful candidate will be a subject matter expert inand . This role requires exceptional modeling skills, a strong understanding of labor/machine productivity, and the ability to collaborate across functions to drive strategic initiatives. This is a critical role that serves to align our supply chain, operations, and strategy with key economic outcomes for the business.

4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity AND/OR a high-performance manufacturing/supply chain environment.

Proven experience in financial modeling and labor productivity analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Understanding and exposure to manufacturing/supply chain concepts with interest in network design, S&OP, inventory, or physical flow management.

Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization.

Comfortable with some travel, up to 20%.

Consulting, Investment Banking or Private Equity experience.

Proficiency in SQL/Python.
