- Support category leads with complex tender analysis and optimization using data analytics
- Develop standardized tender templates in collaboration with category leads and stakeholders
- Guide and advise the procurement community on advanced negotiations and e-Auctions
- Identify suitable procurement categories for e-Auction events through market analysis
- Conduct strategic and operational trainings to enhance understanding and usage of advanced negotiation tools
- Monitor and analyze digital tool utilization, identifying areas for process improvement
- Act as a key liaison between the global procurement team and other stakeholders for digital transformation initiatives
- Drive knowledge enhancement and provide technical support for digital procurement systems
- Ensure accurate and efficient execution of complex tenders and e-Auctions
- Degree in business administration, logistics, mathematics, or similar field preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, especially Source-to-Contract
- Proven expertise with Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) required
- Strong proficiency in eProcurement systems and analytical tools
- Advanced capabilities in complex sourcing analysis and optimization
- Analytical mindset with solid understanding of data and business needs
- Excellent communication skills with full professional English proficiency
- Result-driven, independent, resilient, with a positive attitude and interest in digital transformation (training experience a plus)
