The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.

We are now looking to appoint an experienced and influential Manager, Logistics Solutions to lead high-performing transport and logistics operations nationally from our Melbourne base.

In this senior leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day network performance, deliver outstanding service for customers and drive continuous improvement across our transport operations.

You will coach and empower leaders, optimise cost and asset utilisation and help shape the future of Lineage’s national transport strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and support state-based transport teams to deliver consistent performance

• Ensure reliable execution of Lineage’s national transport strategy

• Drive service quality, DIFOT performance and customer experience outcomes

• Partner with operations, commercial, finance and compliance teams across the network

• Identify and deliver efficiency improvements using data, systems and technology

• Manage financial performance including budgets, cost control and productivity initiatives

• Develop leaders through coaching, capability building and workforce planning

• Strengthen compliance across safety, CoR, food safety and regulatory frameworks

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience in senior transport or logistics leadership

• Proven success leading medium–large operational teams

• Accomplished in influencing outcomes across multi-site or national networks

• In-depth understanding of safety, product integrity and legal compliance

• Excellence in managing P&L, budgets and commercial outcomes

• Exceptional stakeholder, customer and relationship-management capability

• Acute analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and TMS platforms

• Qualifications in Business, Transport, Logistics or Project Management are highly regarded.
