- Lead warehouse, kitting, and distribution operations across Spain to deliver agreed service levels, cost targets, and operational performance metrics
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing team by conducting performance reviews, talent planning, and succession management
- Define operational strategy and translate business requirements into execution plans to ensure readiness, capacity, and service reliability
- Drive compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including medical device regulations, quality standards, health and safety, and trade compliance requirements
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the European distribution network, footprint, and service offering
- Monitor customer feedback and operational performance indicators to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Spain Pay Ranges:
- Spain: €59.000 - €98.300 EUR Annual
