Cozen O’Connor is building a multidisciplinary Legal AI & Practice Transformation team to rethink how legal services are delivered. We are investing in the technology, expertise, and capabilities to help our lawyers deliver the best possible advice and outcomes for clients—and redesigning how legal work gets done.
The Manager, Legal Innovation Operations will run the day-to-day operations of this program, translating leadership’s priorities into organized, reliable execution. This hands-on role will manage projects, build and improve operating processes, coordinate across teams and vendors, and ensure lawyers receive responsive, effective support.
