Role & responsibilities:
- Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
- Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support services Location structure development, Login/Password resets, initial testing of any customized tool being used etc.
- Work with client survey coordinator to ensure that all survey data is complete, accurate, and answered in a manner consistent with other submissions in the data base
- Should have the ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management
- Ability to implement and deploy SAP financial solutions for finance, accounting, cost controls, executive controls, treasury, investment management
- Assist business in leveraging (where advisable) standard process/system capabilities to reduce complexity and customization
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement)
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
- Document functional designs, test cases and results
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Evaluate and amalgamate research findings to develop valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our client.
