  • Provide day‑to‑day management, coaching, and professional development for a small team of administrative professionals.

  • Set clear expectations, establish best practices, and model high standards of performance.

  • Oversee workload allocation across the team to ensure balanced capacity and optimal service delivery.

  • Conduct performance conversations and partner with People teams on talent development and career growth.

  • Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and consistently performing team culture.

  • Build trusted relationships with internal leaders at all levels, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders to support executive priorities.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for information flow into and out of the executive office.

  • Influence and coordinate across teams to drive alignment and progress on shared goals.

What we value

  • Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator supporting C‑suite or senior executives in complex, evolving environments with solid judgment and a commitment to confidentiality.

  • Strong relationship building, capable of persuading and aligning senior stakeholders without formal authority.

  • Effective written and verbal communication, adept at crafting briefs, decks, and executive narratives.

  • Navigates ambiguity, anticipates issues and makes impactful decisions, managing priorities without direct supervision.

  • Experience managing or coaching administrative professionals, sets expectations, gives feedback and develops capability.
