About the role: We are seeking a Clinical Content Marketer to join our Marketing team and play an integral role in supporting our Growth Marketing Strategy and GTM initiatives. 

If you are a natural storyteller, a strong writer, and love creating high-performing content across various media types (presentations, blogs, ebooks, social media content, video) this role is for you! We are looking for a creator - someone who dreams big ideas and executes them.

This role will lead & create Dandy’s clinical content in a variety of formats including educational webinars & event presentations, long-form clinical case studies, and short-form web, email, and social media content.

Bonus Points: You have a deep understanding of the dental industry, fixed, and removable prosthetics. (MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN) 

What You’ll Do

  • Lab & Clinical Content Strategy:

    • Dream & develop exciting new ideas for content that aligns with Dandy's business goals, target audiences, and brand voice.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Customer Marketing teams to execute campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

    • Measure the performance of content and adjust strategy as needed to ensure effectiveness.

  • Webinar & Event Presentations:

    • Partner with subject matter experts, Dandy clinicians, and industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop impactful presentations that position Dandy as a thought leader in the dental industry.

    • Craft compelling stories that highlight lab innovation and customer success for webinars and events.

    • Bring presentations to life with compelling visuals, gifs, and videos in partnership with the creative team. 

  • Case Studies & Customer Content:

    • Work closely with Dandy clinicians to create and share their clinical, patient, and business success stories through various formats, including ebooks, videos, web content, and email campaigns.

  • Website Content:

    • Serve as the primary clinical and lab copywriting expert for the Dandy website, ensuring high-quality content for the home, product, feature, and editorial pages.

  • Email, Advertising & Direct Mail Copywriting:

    • Leverage clinical expertise to develop engaging content and copy for email, advertising, and direct mail campaigns, supporting Dandy’s customer acquisition and expansion efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of content marketing, copywriting, or journalistic experience.

  • Bonus points if you have experience in a technical dental role. (e.g. RDA, RDH, Clinician, Lab Technician or currently work in the dental industry)

  • Creative thinker with the ability to tell great stories and generate innovative ideas. 

  • Proven track record of creating compelling content that drives engagement, education and demand. 

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.

  • Interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders like our dentists.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to streamline content creation and optimization processes.

  • General knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. #LI-Remote

Compensation Range: $135K - $150K
