The Role
Currently we are looking for a Enterprise Applications Support Delivery Manager to join our global team from one of our Madrid's locations!
Your role:
- Enterprise Applications Service Delivery Manager – covering multiple business areas (ERP, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, …)
- Responsible for Enterprise Application Service Delivery within the Business Areas and regions,
- Operate effectively as a unified team with other EnSite Leaders to meet the deliverables as promised to business in achieving quality-solution on time.
- Owner of the demand management process from a Service Delivery perspective
- Evaluate and approve solutions for changes / enhancements with an enterprise mindset and focus on value-addition/usability/long-term sustainability
- Drive the implementation of long-term solutions that address root causes of support issues to reduce total number of incidents and improve TCO
- Provide insight to EnSite leadership with weekly reports, metrics, KPIs, issues and risk analysis for the respective business areas
- Responsible for resource planning and optimization of EnSite Service Delivery team
- Support EnSite leadership by participating in strategy meetings, driving cost reductions and increase value of EnSite
- Improve user experience by maintaining training materials, provide insight in open tickets and requests, continuous improvements in service delivery
- EnSite KPI / Metrics Dashboards to provide insights into EnSite performance
- Ticket Trend Analysis to address root causes and reduce ticket volumes
- Site Health Checks to maximize our investment in the EnSite technologies
- Maintain high-level knowledgeable about applications, tools and technology supporting the global business areas
- Build and lead a team of Business Process Experts focused on global business processes within the business areas
- Support projects during scope / design, testing and hypercare cycles to ensure supportability and a smooth transition into EnSite
Your profile:
- Strong management experience in large multi-ERP application landscapes (Oracle, SAP)
- Leadership skills; able to lead a team of cross-functional experts
- Strong IT acumen related to ERP systems and processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Manufacture and Accounting to Close)
- Experience working with various ERP environments, preferably having exposure to multiple ERPs and other 3rd party bolt-ons.
- Must be able to proactively resolve issues
- Must be highly organized, have attention to detail and have excellent communications skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time.
- Has the ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment
- Proficient in English language.
- Experience: Mid-level (3-5 years of management experience).
- Flexible work hours
- Travel maximum 25%
