Join Aprio's Information Technology team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Manager, IT System Operations to join their dynamic team.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee teams responsible for monitoring Aprio’s network, systems, and infrastructure. 
  • Manage observability and ITSM (IT Service Management) software platforms. 
  • Establish and enforce workflow automation standards and governance within ITSM. 
  • Oversee the Change Management process, including CAB approval and IT communication procedures. 
  • Manage and collaborate with both onsite and remote employees across international locations. 
  • Oversee the Incident Management process, ensuring swift identification, tracking, documentation, and resolution of incidents to minimize business impact and maintain service continuity. 
  • Drive performance improvements in collaboration with 3rd-party Managed Service Providers (MSPs). 
  • Lead the development and execution of system operation processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Implement monitoring best practices to prevent system outages and ensure maximum uptime. 
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for system performance and operational success. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • 5-7 years of experience in managing systems operations teams, preferably within a professional services or technology firm. 
  • Proven experience with observability and ITSM software (e.g., ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Dynatrace). 
  • Strong leadership experience managing distributed teams in a matrix organization. 
  • Experience managing third-party MSPs and ensuring vendor performance through SLAs. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on proactive solutions. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization
