  • Manage Content Hub and Monday.com - 50%
    • Own day to day support process to ensure business SLA's are met
    • Work with technical consultants through system upgrades and implementations
    • Support change management activities by developing training documentation, communication and change impacts
  • Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to enhance current capabilities - 50%
    • Implement new technologies to optimize content creation, including AI toolsets
    • Oversee functional specs, test cases, perform testing and measure business value


Design and implement appropriate taxonomies and metadata schemas to optimize digital asset search, while harmonizing digital workflows
