We are currently seeking a IT Operations Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. The Manager, IT Operations is responsible for managing their relevant techNlogy area within Core IT. They coordinate system and infrastructure administrative functions with a sound understanding of the interactions between hardware, operating systems, databases and network operations to ensure an efficient, reliable and secure infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud engineers supporting US-hours operations.
Oversee daily cloud operations, ensuring SLA performance, incident resolution, monitoring, and automation.
Coordinate deployments across development, test, and production with mature CI/CD and low-risk releases.
Enforce cloud governance, compliance, security controls, and FinOps cost management.
Collaborate with IT, security, architecture, and application teams to ensure reliable cloud delivery.
Contribute to multi-cloud strategy, tooling, and operational best practices.
Support budgeting, vendor management, licensing, and cost optimization.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years' experience as IT Manager.
- Proven leadership experience in managing IT projects and teams.
- Proficiency in software development, coding, and testing practices with a solid trach record.
- Cloud experience
- Proficiency in public cloud go AWS/Azure and GCP
- Demonstrated ability to create and nurture a culture of continuous process improvement and streamlined operations.
- Proven skills in designing, coding, and testing application features, accompanied by detailed documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in collaborating with development and test teams across multiple locations for successful project outcomes.
