You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of enterprise IT operations — from end-user computing and service desk performance to network availability, security posture, and vendor coordination. You will work closely with global IT and Information Security leadership to align operations with company-wide standards and initiatives.

This role requires someone who is hands-on with infrastructure and security technologies, comfortable managing teams, and able to balance operational demands with improvement projects.

  • Oversee network infrastructure — LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity — ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Drive automation initiatives using Python scripts and tools to reduce manual tasks, improve monitoring, and enhance reporting.

  • Coordinate with global IT teams on Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or IT operations, with at least 3 years in a people management role.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking — routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN, and wireless technologies.

  • Experience managing Okta, Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Working knowledge of server and virtualization technologies — VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes — incident, change, and problem management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across time zones and with global teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, NSE4, PCNSE, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications (good to have).
