Position Overview
Tiffany & Co. Japan Inc. are seeking IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team and play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the IT infrastructure & service desk to support the operations. You will be responsible for managing teams of IT infrastructure and IT service desk professionals, implementing and maintaining infrastructure solutions both in Office and Stores, ensuring IT security and compliance, and aligning our IT strategy with the parent company's objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for infrastructure and IT service desk operations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute IT infrastructure and IT service desk strategies that align with the goals and objectives of Tiffany US HQ & LVMH Group.
Solution Provider
- Develop and provide infrastructure solution for proposal/projects/support both in Office and Stores.
IT Infrastructure and IT service desk Optimization:
- Spearhead projects to enhance network performance, server optimization, and cloud solutions.
- Manage/involved/assign appropriate team for infra/Apps projects Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
Budget Management:
- Manage the budget for IT infrastructure and allocate resources effectively to meet the company's objectives.
Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications in IT management are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure and IT service desk management, successfully delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Experience in Retail Outlets Infrastructure & Network implementations will be preferred.
- Experience in AS/400 platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce CRM, IBM Sterling Commerce and POS solutions like NCR and Cegid will be an added advantage.
- Expertise in projects management and successful execution of infrastructure enhancement projects
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of security, compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and build strong relationships.
- Advanced or fluent level of English, Advanced or native level of Japanese.
- Problem-solving attitude and strategic thinking to address project challenges effectively.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressure environment.
