Job title: Manager, IT Audit

Company: Mylan, Inc. (Canonsburg, Pennsylvania)

Duties: Lead and conduct SoX compliance reviews, system implementations reviews, and various Information Technology related audits across multiple technology platforms ranging from applications, network, and infrastructure. Lead and oversee the preparation and coordination of audit requests and effective communication of project status, findings, and recommendations with Management (Internal Audit, Local, Regional, and Corporate). Provide independent and objective assistance to auditees in the issue remediation activities and track the implementation of the identified remediation activities. Oversee the team to ensure it produces high quality documentation contemporaneously during the fieldwork stage. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management and discuss improvement areas with management and collaborate to effect positive change. Supervise team staff and seniors on all projects, establish deadlines, and execute procedures to meet the deadlines. Review work performed by team members to ensure quality documentation and provides constructive feedback to team members. Assume ownership and accountability of status, schedules, and budgets. Apply advanced IT and auditing knowledge through staying current with current industry (pharmaceutical) activity and auditing pronouncements. Execute testing through various methods and prepare high quality audit work papers in accordance with department policy. Ensure compliance, quality and operational processes are functioning efficiently, effectively and in accordance with company policy. Document understanding of processes through narratives, flow-charts, and transactional walk-through support. Ensure that audit projects are completed timely and manage resources efficiently. Partial telecommuting permitted 3 days per week. Domestic and international travel required up to 25% of the time.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or related in IT compliance/audit. Must have 5 years of experience with: performing IT general and application control reviews; performing review of and testing around third-party attestation (SOC) reports; applying knowledge of IT general control framework, COBIT, COSO, ITIL methodologies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and IT Auditing standards and practices; applying knowledge of business processes including order to cash and procure to pay; reading and interpreting complex business and/or technical specification documents including IT policies and procedures, business process documents and other policies and procedure documents related to various audit areas; and working with auditing ERP systems, SAP, Linux, Unix, and Oracle. Must have one of the following professional certifications: CA, CPA, or CISA.
