We are looking for a Manager, IT-APAC
As an IT Manager-APAC,you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, technical support operations and technology initiatives. This role requires the individual to work in both Individual Contributor (IC) and Managerial capacity, contributing hands-on technical work while providing strategic leadership to the IT team. The IT Manager ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company's IT environment, aligning technology solutions with business goals and driving operational tasks toward automation.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and supervise the IT support/helpdesk team to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Manage daily IT operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and reliability of systems, office networks
- Accountable for IT logistics, including procurement, shipping, and delivery of hardware.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, including tracking warranties and updating asset information
- Accountable to handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
- Foster effective collaboration across teams.
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence: Maintain a high percentage of IT support tickets resolved within agreed-upon timeframes .
- Infrastructure Reliability & Uptime: Achieve maximum availability for regional IT systems and networks to ensure operational stability
- Overall experience of 8+ years with 2-3 years in Managerial role
- Experience with Jamf and Intune, with Jamf 300 or AZ-900 certification preferred.
- Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Google Meet
- Strong hardware support knowledge, including laptops and peripherals.
- Hands-on experience managing IT inventory, stock tracking, and warranty updates.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
