Summary:
The Manager – Investor Reporting/CEO’s Office will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving high-impact initiatives across finance, capital strategy, investor engagement, and corporate development. The role requires a strong background in Treasury, Investor Relations, and Due Diligence, with prior experience in consulting or a comparable industry peer. This individual will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, capital allocation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional execution of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic & CEO Office Support
Act as a thought partner to the CEO on strategic, financial, and operational priorities.
Lead preparation of board materials, strategic reviews, and executive presentations.
Track and drive execution of key CEO-level initiatives across departments.
Conduct financial and strategic analysis to support decision-making.
2. Treasury & Capital Management
Support capital structure planning, liquidity management, and funding strategies.
Monitor cash flow, debt covenants, and financing arrangements.
Assist in evaluating financing options (debt/equity/structured instruments).
Coordinate with banking partners and financial institutions.
3. Investor Relations
Support preparation of investor decks, earnings materials, and investor communication.
Assist in managing relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
Track market performance, peer benchmarking, and shareholder analysis.
Support investor meetings, roadshows, and Q&A preparation.
5. Cross-Functional Project Leadership
Lead special projects directly sponsored by the CEO.
Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Operations, and Legal teams.
Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives.

Knowledge:
Masters in Business Administration/CA/CFA equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
Exposure to capital markets and fundraising processes
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Excellent excel and power point skills required
