Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely and effective remediation.
Support the Head of Internal Audit / Director, IA Digital & Quality in short- and long-term audit planning, including resource allocation aligned with risks and priorities.
Provide training to audit team members and guest auditors on audit methodology and tools; perform periodic quality reviews to ensure compliance with IIA Standards.
Collaborate with auditors and business stakeholders to identify good practices and emerging risks, and support administration of the Wegrow tool.
Support reporting activities to relevant stakeholders in coordination with the Head of Internal Audit / Director, IA Digital & Quality.
Conduct audits periodically in close cooperation with the team leader, identifying and evaluating risks and controls across Sandoz businesses and functions.
Build effective relationships with staff and management to understand processes, agree on remediation actions, and communicate audit findings.
Perform special projects and contribute to audit practices, tools, and administrative activities while staying up to date with methodology and technology.
University degree in a relevant discipline that is relevant for pharma (e.g. audit, finance, legal, risk management, pharmacy, or medicine).
Internal audit certification (CIA) or accounting certification (ACCA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
3+ years of experience in internal audit, financial controls, and/or risk management.
Experience with audit systems and good-practice sharing tools (Wegrow) is an advantage.
Experience in project management, remediation activities, and CAPA follow-up.
Understanding of pharmaceutical business processes.
Performance evaluated by the Director, IA Digital & Quality / Head of Internal Audit, with on-the-job assessments conducted by the team leader and relevant Director.
