The Integration Planning Manager supports the overall coordination and execution of the integration operating system, ensuring that all workstreams are strategically aligned with the broader organizational integration plan. This role provides planning expertise across Integration Planning Teams and key partner functions, overseeing planning trackers, facilitating follow-through on critical actions and decisions, and maintaining robust RAID and decision-log processes. - Demonstrated ability to manage trackers, follow-up routines, meeting cadence, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize updates, actions, and risks clearly.
- Proficiency with common project and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint, and planning tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar).
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience supporting cross-functional programs, transformations, or integrations.
- Familiarity with RAID logs, decision tracking, and executive/program governance processes.
- Experience in regulated, operationally intensive, or airline-related environments is a plus
Job Duties:
- Planning and Execution Oversight
- Enforce and refine program governance standards in collaboration with the Director, including milestone management and accountability, across all workstreams.
- Monitor workstream health, proactively identifying schedule risks, dependency conflicts, and execution gaps that could impact program delivery.
- Conduct regular program reviews, holding workstream owners accountable to commitments and driving resolution of issues, dependencies, and risks in a timely manner.
- Manage the integration master plan across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to the broader integration calendar and strategic milestones.
- RAID, Action, and Decision Management
- Manage RAID log governance across the program in collaboration with the Director, ensuring all risks, actions, issues, and decisions are captured, assigned, tracked, and resolved with clear accountability.
- Follow up with owners on aging actions, open issues, and upcoming decisions to support closure discipline.
- Escalate unresolved issues, overdue actions, and cross-functional blockers through the appropriate program channels.
- Cross-Functional Communication and Stakeholder Alignment
- Coordinate planning interlocks across project managers in Technology, Single Operating Certificate, Integration Planning Teams, and other relevant workstreams.
- Facilitate decision-making forums, dependency reviews, and readiness checkpoints by preparing materials and logistics and ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged.
- Capture meeting outcomes, decisions, and next steps, and ensure follow-up items are reflected in the appropriate trackers.
- Program Visibility and Reporting
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and deliver status reports for weekly or recurring program reviews, synthesizing workstream inputs into clear agendas and follow-up summaries.
- Identify and surface patterns in schedule slippage, recurring risks, and dependency gaps, providing analysis and recommendations to program leadership.
- Maintain structured, well-organized program repositories, including planning artifacts, decision logs, and working documents.
- Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities, as appropriate.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations.
