Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing IMO Manager to help lead integration execution across Brink’s acquisition, outsourcing, and enterprise change agenda. This role will operate as the day-to-day execution leader within the Integration Management Office, managing a team of integration project managers, coordinating across functional workstreams, and ensuring teams deliver against integration milestones with the right level of structure, discipline, and executive visibility. The ideal candidate brings a consulting-style toolkit—structured problem solving, strong project leadership, crisp communication, and high ownership—and is comfortable working directly with senior leaders while driving accountability across matrixed teams.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Execution Leadership: Manage the day-to-day execution of integration workstreams, ensuring functional teams have clear plans, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision points
PM Team Management: Lead and coach a team of integration project managers / workstream leads, helping them maintain delivery discipline, resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues appropriately
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Procurement, Communications, and other functions to align plans, surface trade-offs, and coordinate execution with senior leaders
Governance & Operating Rhythm: Run core IMO routines including workstream reviews, PM check-ins, issue resolution sessions, steering committee preparation, action tracking, and decision log management
Delivery Assurance: Ensure teams follow agreed IMO processes, maintain accurate plans and trackers, flag risks early, resolve dependencies, and meet Day 1, Day 100, transition, and stabilization commitments
Executive Reporting: Prepare concise, accurate, and action-oriented materials for leadership reviews, including status updates, risk / issue summaries, milestone progress, decisions needed, and escalation items
Playbook & Process Development: Build repeatable IMO templates, project plans, dashboards, reporting routines, and lessons-learned materials to improve integration execution over time
What This Role Owns
Quality and consistency of integration project plans, milestone tracking, risk / issue logs, dependency management, and executive reporting
Operating cadence across integration project managers and functional workstreams
Early identification and escalation of delivery risks, cross-functional dependencies, and decisions required from senior leaders
Practical execution discipline that helps teams move work forward, not just report status
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, integration management, transformation, enterprise PMO, corporate strategy, or business operations
Experience managing cross-functional programs, integration workstreams, PMO teams, or complex enterprise initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
Strong project leadership, structured problem-solving, executive communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder follow-up skills
High attention to detail with ability to drive accountability, improve reporting accuracy, and enforce process discipline across matrixed teams
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with project / portfolio tools such as Shibumi, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar platforms preferred
Preferred Profile
Senior Associate / Engagement Manager equivalent from a top-tier consulting firm or similar high-performance environment
Comfortable operating one level below the Director, IMO while independently driving execution across workstreams and PM teams
Able to build trust with senior leaders by bringing structure, surfacing risks early, and translating complex execution issues into clear decisions and actions
Balances strategic judgment with hands-on execution; willing to build the plan, manage the team, pressure-test the data, and drive follow-through
