Job Summary:
Join our Asia Pacific team as Manager who will manage Inside Sales business/People Management and use your engineering skills and Fisher Software to prepare engineering solutions for Control valves to large KOB2 & 3 support for our clients/sales offices. You will also be responsible for preparing techno-commercial offers and addressing technical queries. This role is responsible for managing, training young engineers and ensuring optimum support for stakeholders.
Resposibilities:

Leading a team of engineers, guiding and mentoring them.

Train New hires and integrate them into the LBP/Sales office culture

Reviews the quotations prepared by team members, suggests cost saving opportunities wherever possible, and evaluates the best solution options.

Driving team towards FCV AP KOB2/3 business target for the financial year.

To be an expert in sizing & selecting severe service, critical applications and guiding other engineers.

Manage workload, performance review of sub-ordinates & manage metrices for the team

Check quotations based on MIB strategy made by less experienced engineers and document errors and act as a mentor in the team

Monitor RDSL, PDSL, Productivity & RFT performance for the sales/regional teams supported

Analyze RFQ scope & resource availability and commit to a deadline.

Setting KRAs for direct reports and preparing an action plan to develop them as per their career aspirations

For This Role, You Will Need:

A degree in engineering and experience in leading the team.

In-depth knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.

Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility.

In Depth understanding of project specifications and commercial terms. Optimizes work processes and improves performance metrics (Preferred).

Knowledge on MIB strategies related to product and project specifications
