Key Accountability

Technical Support for ERP, Support for Custom Development, Enhancement, Integration and ITGC compliance. Functional and technical analysis of day-to-day business issues.
Work closely with all business functions/ stakeholders to understand the business processes for new business requirements/ existing changes and enhancements.

Adhere to IT policies / processes for compliance.
▪
Coordinate with system owners for access rights/role assignments in the Oracle E-Business Suit (12.2).
▪
Manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and JSON-based interfaces.
▪
Develop REST/SOAP services for JSON-based integrations. - Identification of root causes and providing necessary technical solutions.
▪
Experience with tools like TOAD and PL/SQL Developer.
▪ Technically proficient in FRICE components (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
▪ Expertise on designing and implementing Oracle Alerts and Lookups.
▪ Experienced in Customizing Oracle Forms including Forms Personalization
▪
Experienced in designing and optimizing APEX reports, queries, and layouts.
▪
Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Application Express (APEX).
▪
Proficient in creating stored procedures, triggers, and packages for ERP functionality.
▪
Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other business systems and monitor the integrations and interfaces.
▪
Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2) support and customization
▪
Hands-on experience with AME workflows and Oracle personalization.
▪
Experience in managing the Oracle Fusion and upgrading application from on premises to Fusion is preferred.
▪
Experience in data migration, data extraction for merger and acquisition.
▪
Conduct meetings with business teams to capture requirements for new projects and enhancements.
▪
Develop business cases detailing impact on processes and technology.
▪
Functional understanding of Oracle EBS modules to support users.
▪
Provide training, user manuals, training and support for implemented solutions.
▪
Coordinate to develop a business case basis captured user requirements detailing out the impact on business, technology required
▪
Coordinate development of business solutions and implementation of the project by providing training to concerned personnel, developing user manuals, and equipping the help desk to provide appropriate guidance as and when required.

Experience of integrating other technologies and cloud platforms is preferred
▪
Experience of working with Cyber Security and infra team
▪
Experience in Fusion HCMS will be an added advantage
▪
Prior experience in assisting digital transformation is preferred.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
▪
B. Tech./ B.E. in IT/Computer Science/Electrical
▪
5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion application.
Functional /Technical Skills
▪
Oracle Certifications (EBS, Fusion, OIC) preferred.
▪
Understanding of Oracle EBusiness Suite modules of AP, AR, GL, Purchasing, Inventory, EAM and Fixed Assets
▪
Experience with tools like TOAD and PL/SQL Developer, Orace forms and AME workflow

Custom reports development with XML publisher
