This role oversees the Industrial Engineering team and drives the use of plant capacity and capability management tools (PCCMT) to identify gaps and improve performance. What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop Industrial Engineering team members to identify constraints, reduce losses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Analyze plant staffing and optimize labor utilization across business centers through efficiency studies and workforce planning

  • Establish and maintain engineered standards, time studies, routings, and work center assignments

  • Support capital projects with data-driven analysis and coordinate layout changes for operational effectiveness

  • Partner with plant leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and performance improvement strategies

  • Collaborate with regional teams to support data requests, scenario planning, and enterprise initiatives
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on industrial engineering

  • Experience developing engineered standards using MOST and time study methodologies

  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles

$105,288.00 - $195,533.00

However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. You will also be eligible for a number of benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, as well as tire discounts.
