Position Title: Manager of Indirect Lending

Business Unit: Retail Lending

Reports to: Chief Consumer Credit Officer

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for all Indirect Lending functions including business development, underwriting, processing, booking, credit quality, risk management, budgeting, staff administration, product development and profitability oversight.  The incumbent is accountable for the indirect line of business in the Bank.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manages a diverse staff to optimize product line profitability by balancing volume with credit policy observance, risk management and pricing discretion.

Develops and oversees a third party origination network to maximize asset acquisition opportunities favored by the company.

Interacts with senior management to achieve targeted goals and objectives in the lines of business.

Monitors key industry trends and reacts to positive or negative changes via policy recommendations, pricing, strategies, business focus and dealer network planning.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

MS PowerPoint - Basic Level   

Experience in pricing models, profitability, credit risk management and principles of finance.
