We are seeking a talented, motivated and passionate individual to join our Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) services and implementation team. The primary function of this role is to manage implement projects on our Integrated Platform-SpheraCloud solution on a variety of challenging assignments related to numerous health & safety, corporate sustainability and environmental accounting standards, to new and existing clients across a range of industries.
The Project Manager role is responsible for the governance, oversight, management and successful execution of Services projects according to industry and Sphera best practices. Domain expertise in project management is expected.
Key Objectives:
- To own and manage the successful outcomes of the assigned projects.
- To be the key focal point in the engagement with clients.
- Accountability for the implementation and the successful completion of the entire project implementation lifecycle.
- Responsible for the continued achievement of the strategic and tactical objectives associated with any assigned project implementations.
- Identification of key stakeholders and influences within engagements, working to establish strong relationships and potential for upsell/expansion
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting Business Development within client assignments.
- Contribute to the definition of the implementation delivery model and project execution methodology in support of Company strategy.
Key Tasks:
- Successfully manage and deliver assigned projects according to scope and budget.
- Contribution to the current project implementation methodologies and continuous improvement of services and engagement models.
- Participate in and contribute to activities relating to the professional management and engagement of all external commercial work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Project/Engagement Execution:
- Leading the planning and implementation of projects.
- Defining a project’s scope and goals.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines.
- Resource planning and allocation.
- Quality assurance.
- Carrying out risk assessment.
- Meeting budgetary objectives.
- Reporting regularly to senior management.
- Managing client relationships.
- Tracking project performance.
- Project evaluations and results measurement.

Education Qualification:
- Degree qualified (or sufficient professional experience).
