About this PositionThe Manager Mail and Image Services Center serves as a strategic leader and liaison across departments, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team performance. This role is responsible for administering departmental strategies, optimizing workflows, and driving productivity, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Manager will proactively manage employee performance, oversee departmental controls, and ensure alignment with company goals and legal requirements.Salary Range Up to $95K

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and aligns departmental goals and objectives with broader company strategy. Recruits, hires, onboards, and manages multiple teams. Coaches, mentors, and develops operational and management staff. Conducts performance evaluations and career path readiness assessments. Leads disciplinary actions and employee relations with consistency and fairness. Creates a work environment that fosters innovation, career development, and high performance. Supervises and recognizes outstanding performance across all levels. Ensures staff are trained on laws and regulations governing life insurance.
- Provides leadership, direction, and project management oversight for all initiatives impacting ITC operations. Monitors day-to-day operations and ensures adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Designs, implements, and maintains internal department controls to minimize risk. Reviews and reconciles departmental reports and processing statistics. Evaluates system performance and identifies opportunities for improvement. Coordinates with IT and project management teams to develop and test technology initiatives. Apply business understanding to achieve departmental objectives and company targets. Oversee special projects and delegated tasks as required.
- Prepares and reviews monthly/yearly departmental budgets and forecasts. Manages maintenance and software contracts, expense reports, invoices, and accounting documents. Analyzes mail trends and operational data to identify process improvements. Ensures accurate and reliable financial reporting and compliance with company policies. Coordinates with internal/external parties to interpret budget items, reports, and technology needs.
- Reviews operational workflows for continuity with U.S. operations. Recommends and implements workflow improvements and new procedures. Develop training practices and ensure employees follow company guidelines. Maintains and improves ITC operations through proactive problem-solving. Evaluates team results and recommends operational strategies
- Communicate effectively with high-level leaders, vendors, and Field Force. Provides clear, timely, and responsive communication across all levels of management. Builds and manage relationships with constituents across the company. Takes ownership of issues and drives resolution with a results-oriented mindset. Coordinates feedback and workflow guidance with internal and external stakeholders.
- Formal supervisory responsibilities, including performance management, staffing, employee relations & compensation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Business, Operational Management, Analysis, Information Systems
- 2 - 3 years’ previous experience in a managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and Project
Preferred Qualifications:
- Operational management, processing experience, analysis and information systems experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of QMF or SQL and database structures a plus.
- Familiarity with technologies supporting print, mail, fax, email, and scanning operations
