As a Human Resources Manager, you will be accountable for providing Human Resource guidance, advice, and support to all functional areas of Human Resources management for assigned country/ region / function. You will be expected to directly address more complex HR issues with the business. You would be performing below -
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with local directors and managers to provide workforce support, including accommodations, disciplinary warnings, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and complex employee cases resolution.
- Serve as a coach to managers and leaders (Director and below), providing guidance on HR policies and processes, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and team dynamics.
- Oversee workforce actions, including reorganizations, terminations, and strategic hiring initiatives.
- Provide support for Centers of Excellence (CoE) projects and initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison for union and works council interactions, ensuring compliance with local agreements. Staying current with employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with CoE teams, Tier 2 and global Tier 1 team to deliver seamless HR services and address escalated issues effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, systems, and policies within the region.
Role Requirements
- 6+ years of working experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) or similar HR role which required close cooperation with the business and different stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or similar would be considered an advantage.
- Deep understanding of workforce management, labor relations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in coaching, advising, and influencing leaders.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and dealing with ambiguity.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations and facilitating meetings, workshops, and trainings.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive process improvements.
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization combined with excellent time and priorities management skills. Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to perceive the broader context of situations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders of different seniority levels.
- Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills.
