We care for patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs). Requirements
- 7+ years of HR generalist experience
- Familiarity with Provider Recruitment (NP’s & PA’s) and Compensation
- Scaling HR business processes in start-up environments
- Serve as a business partner to senior leadership team
- Preference for Healthcare Industry – Large scale physician groups
- Proficient understanding of HR company policies, processes, and procedures
- Proficient understanding of Payroll, 401K/Plan administration, Employee Benefits
Skills Required
- 7+ years of HR generalist experience
- Familiarity with provider recruitment for nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Experience with compensation
- Experience scaling HR business processes in startup environments
- Experience serving as a business partner to senior leadership
- Proficient understanding of HR company policies, processes, and procedures
- Proficient understanding of payroll administration
- Proficient understanding of 401(k) or retirement plan administration
- Proficient understanding of employee benefits administration
- Healthcare industry experience, preferably with large-scale physician groups
