• Interacts with all employees and leaders, and acts as single point of contact for the local Workers’ Council

  • Berät alle Führungsebenen in Bezug auf die HR-Personalstrategie, -politik und -prozesse
  • Unterstützt die wichtigsten HR-Prozesse: Mitarbeitergewinnung, Onboarding, Talentmanagement, Learning & Development/Training, Vergütung, Einstufung, Abwesenheit, Leistungsverbesserungen, Mitbestimmung und Führungskraftentwicklung
  • Entwickelt die HR-Strategie, überwacht KPIs, beteiligt sich an Organisationsentwicklungsprojekten und gestaltet Prozessverbesserungen
  • Leitet, entwickelt und coacht das Personalteam des Werks
  • Pflegt eine gute Kommunikation und ein positives Verhältnis zu den Mitarbeitenden, fördert ein gutes soziales Klima und trägt dazu bei, die Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und das Arbeitsumfeld zu optimieren
  • Leitet Change Management-Projekte im Personalbereich – z.B. Änderung der Entgelt-Strategie, neue Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen
  • Arbeitet eng mit der europäischen Organisation und der US-Zentrale zusammen
  • Leitet HR-Systemintegrationsprojekten, stellt die Benutzerakzeptanz sicher und gewährleistet die Datenqualität in den HR-Systemen
  • Koordiniert das Ausbildungsprogamm des Werks
  • Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen

ENGLISH

  • Provides advice and guidance to all levels of management on company HR strategy, policies and procedures
  • Supports core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, learning and development/training, compensation, grading, absenteeism, performance improvement plans, labor relations and leadership development
  • Develops the HR strategy, monitors KPIs, participates in organizational development projects and actively shapes changes to processes and practices
  • Manages, develops and coaches the plant Human Resources team
  • Maintains good communication and a positive relationship with employees, promotes a good social climate and helps to drive employee satisfaction to ensure a positive working environment
  • Leads HR Change Management projects e.g. changes in Compensation/Benefits strategy, further development of HR processes
  • Collaborates closely with other parts of the regional European organization and with the US headquarters
  • Leads HR system integration projects and ensures user acceptance, ensures data quality in various HR systems
  • Coordinates the plant’s trainee/apprenticeship program
  • All other tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschafts- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, Recht, Psychologie oder einer ähnlichen Disziplin
  • Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner, idealerweise in der Fertigungsindustrie, im Maschinenbau oder in der Automobilindustrie
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von HR-Entwicklungsprojekten von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Arbeitsgesetze - insbesondere Betriebsverfassungsgesetz
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Führung von HR-Teams
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und zügige Umsetzung
  • Hohes Maß an persönlicher Integrität, Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgezeichnetes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Ausgeprägte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch

ENGLISH

  • Successfully completed Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Business Studies, Economics, Law, Psychology or a similar discipline
  • At least 7 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering or automotive environment
  • Experience in leading HR Development projects is an advantage
  • Strong legal knowledge applicable to employment (Arbeitsgesetze) - especially Employee Co-Determination (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz)
  • Proven track record in leading HR teams to success
  • Rapid comprehension of tasks and fast realization, whilst not losing sight of the big picture
  • High level of personal integrity, autonomy and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and intercultural competence
  • Strong language skills in German and English
