Position Overview:

We are seeking am HR Manager with an expertise in Core HR functions to support the growth and business objectives of NucleusTeq

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with overall business strategy
  • Own and update the Policy Documents, Employee Handbook as needed
  • Ensure adherence and provide guidance in case of ambiguity
• Oversee performance appraisal systems
  • Own and execute the Performance and Talent Strategy
  • Recommend and develop review systems
• Support the Recruitment, selection and onboarding process
• Develop and drive the Training Calendar for the tech and non tech teams
• Bridge management and employee relations
• Ensure legal and statutory compliance and maintain HR records
• Manage employee benefits and wellness programs

• MBA (HR) or equivalent
• 8+ years experience in companies with progressive HR systems
• Experience in tech and tech adjacent companies is preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing performance management systems, training & development and policy drafting
• Excellent communication, high ownership and bias for action.
