Position Overview:

NucleusTeq is looking for a driven HR Manager to support its Training Enablement, Performance Management and Campus Engagement strategies. If you are a result oriented and self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the Training Calendar for the tech and non tech teams
  • Own and drive the new talent training strategy
  • Work closely with the Partner Alliance team to meet the organisation’s objective of key certification program
  • Ensure adherence to individual development plans
• Design and drive the campus engagement initiatives for the company
  • Drive campus collaborations and early student engagement
  • Engage with universities to collaborate for knowledge sharing sessions, training labs and campus placements
• Design and execute the performance management systems
  • Own and execute the Performance and Talent Strategy
  • Own employee performance and ensure appropriate measures to deal with non-performance
  • Work closely with the leadership team to identify and ring-fence critical talent and hi-pots.
  • Recommend and develop periodic review systems

• MBA (HR) or equivalent
• 7+ years experience in companies with progressive HR systems
• Experience in tech and tech adjacent companies is preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing performance management systems, training & development
• Excellent communication, high ownership and bias for action.
